I agree with Turkle because I've notice that some of the people I follow on twitter tweet about how sad or mad they are, some can tweet quite depressing tweets, it ranges a lot. After, watching the TED talk and listening to Turkle's points it all makes so much sense as to why some people would do that. They are trying to see who actually cares about what they feel.

Digital Communication
Are social medias ruining the way we communicate with one another in person? Sherry Turkle a professor in the Program of Science, gives her arguement on the issue, she believes that the internet makes us feel alone while we are together. She says, "The feeling that ‘no one is listening to me' make us want to spend time with machines that seem to care about us". She states this during her TED talk she explains how people want to be heard, but they feel lonely therefore they go to the social media and post in order to feel as if someone/something actually cares.
